In response to an increase in relocating to suburbs during the height of the pandemic, Magnolia Insurance partnered with Movers in June 2020 to provide an option for moving. This move-assistance program allows those who relocated during the pandemic a great advantage and ease of moving without additional stress in an already challenging time.

In January 2022, CEO Flo Ryda announced that the company would offer flexible work options, including the opportunity for employees to work from home up to three days a week.
